The Advanced Markets Group is a group of companies providing liquidity and technology services as well as credit solutions to facilitate trading in the over-the-counter foreign exchange and derivative markets and affiliates that provide administrative and management support to them.
The relevant Advanced Markets Group entity with which you have a primary relationship will be the entity with which you enter into a client agreement.
Our offices include jurisdictions outside the European Union which have not been deemed adequate for European Union Data Protection purposes (namely the Cayman Islands and Bermuda). Advanced Markets, LLC is the ultimate data controller for the Advanced Markets Group. In addition, the below lists the primary operating entities within the Advanced Markets Group which are also registered as a data controller in the listed jurisdictions as required. In respect of any instruction with the Advanced Markets Group, the primary data controller will be the entity with which you have contacted or contracted for services.
You will not have to pay a fee to access your Personal Data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
